School of Public Health Applicants

Some Public Health programs do not use the Graduate School Application, but instead use the SOPHAS Application. Please visit the Arnold School of Public Health Website for more information.


All Other Graduate School Applicants

With the exception of Business and some Public Health programs, all other programs use the Graduate School Application.

Non-Degree Application

The Non-Degree application is for students who hold at least a bachelor's degree and wish to enroll in graduate courses for personal or professional development, licensure or re-certification, or participation in a USC exchange program. Non-Degree students are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FINANCIAL AID.

Update Request Form

Please use the Update Request Form for the following: Program Transfer; Request Concurrent Enrollment in a Second Program; Reconsider a Previously Declined Application; First-Time Non-Degree Enrollment Privilege; Renew Non-Degree Enrollment Privilege; Update Existing Admission; Term Change; Additional Letters of Recommendation; Additional Supporting Documents.
